SCE Solar Rebate Program
We (Aikyum Solar) would like our customers to take advantage of the Southern California Edison (SCE) solar rebate program.
SCE provides this guide on its rebate program for solar customers. Customers whose home produces power through solar panels can receive credit for extra power your home supplies to the grid. This metering option is called Net Energy Metering (NEM).
Extra power is most often produced during the midday. As the panels produce more energy than the building needs, the power not needed for the homes gets transferred to the SCE. NEM allows the building owner to utilize the entirety of the energy generated from their solar panel array.
