PrepaID Lease
The Big Beautiful Bill eliminated the individual tax credit; however, the tax credit remains available for commercial businesses. As a result, we can claim the tax credit and pass the savings on to you as an upfront discount when you sign up for our 5-year prepaid lease program.
With this prepaid lease option:
70% of the system cost is due prior to and during installation, based on the following project milestones:
- $1,000 deposit due upon signing the prepaid lease agreement
- 30% due once city permits are approved
- 50% due on the first day of installation and upon material delivery
- Remaining balance due after final city approval
Aikyum Solar will own and monitor the system for 5 years
At the end of the 5-year term, ownership may be transferred to the homeowner for a one-time $250 administrative fee
There are no monthly payments
The prepaid lease agreement is transferable to the new homeowner if the property is sold
